* League rules only allow us to register your child if he/she is between 7 & 14 years of age on August 1st 2026. They must have been born after August 1st, 2011 and before August 1st, 2019

Child must present their valid State or Federal photo ID before they can play. A copy will be retained by the team to use in the event of a challenge during a season or post season game.

2026 PHYSICAL FITNESS & MEDICAL HISTORY FORM AND PARTICIPANT CONTRACT AND PARENTAL CONSENT FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE EQUIPMENT WILL BE ISSUED.
